Terms and Conditions

 

  1. Our prices include VAT and Delivery to UK Mainland. Free Delivery is offered to most UK Locations, please click here to see locations. However, if you wish to purchase only one chair or stool, please note we may charge £10.00 towards carriage and packaging.
  2. Please double check dimensions before ordering, especially, seat height requirement.
  3. Upholstery Colour will seem different on the computer screen.
  4. Please note that all metal / chrome, satin, brass suffers from minor abrasions and fault lines due to the shaping process. These are not damage spots, but are caused by the manufacturing method and cannot be avoided.
  5. Wood may have grains that are of a different colour. These grains are not defects and cannot be avoided.
  6. Table bases are made of cast iron and therefore will have a rough finish, except for chrome, satin chrome and brass.
  7. Dimensions mentioned are approximate. If you require exact dimension, please call us to enquire.
  8. Goods will not be despatched under any circumstances until payment has been received.
  9. Complaints, if any, should be notified within 48hours of delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the goods received. Any missing items or transit damage should be notified within 24 hours.
  10. If we have undertaken any "special finish" for a product, the colouring is purely to our "standards".
  11. As the items on our website are not manufactured by us, we have absolutely no control over any design changes that the manufacturers may decide on, if required. If 100% accuracy to that of the model illustrated is required, please state this at the time of enquiry/order and we can advise of any changes. 
  12. Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice. However we will confirm prices at the time of ordering.
  13. DELIVERY  : Lead time for items in stock range from approximately 2 to 14 days and for non-stock items 3 weeks to 8 weeks. This will be advised at the time of ordering. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Pro-Global Companies Limited shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales and cannot be held responsible for any delays with Royal Mail, Parcel Force or any other courier delivery service. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses, loss of pay or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries or collections.
  14. We also offer "before 10am", " before 12pm" and "Saturday" deliveries at an additional cost.
  15. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
  16. Goods will not be despatched under any circumstances until payment has been received.
  17. If you wish to purchase only one chair or stool, please note we may charge £10.00 towards carriage and packaging.
  18. RETURN OF GOODS ORDERED.
    • Only items purchased from stock can be returned or exchanged. Items that have a customer chosen finish on upholstery, wood or metal cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are manufactured specially with those finishes.
    • Returns of stock items will not be accepted under the following conditions.
      • If notified after 7 days from the date of receipt of items.
      • If the original packaging has been disposed off.
      • If any item has been assembled.
      • If the items are not in re-saleable condition
    • Goods returned will be subject to a outward carriage charges. RETURNING GOODS AND GOODS IN TRANSIT RISK, WOULD BE AT THE BUYERS EXPENSE AND THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY.
  19. GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the goods received. Any missing items or transit damage should be notified within 24 hours. Please retain the packaging and boxes for inspection before any claim can be processed. Any goods damaged in transit will be free of charge. However, no returns will be accepted.
  20. Please note that most items are manufactured in Italy. Italian products are clearly stated as "Italian". If in doubt, please ask for details.
  21. Most furniture will be delivered flat paced, especially tables, which require self - assembly. Tools will not be supplied.
  22. Please note that we do not warrant that this site or any function or material within it is fault or error free.
